Deanne is mother of Brodie Kelly and his older brother Kye.  Deanne never would have imaged that should would have to understand the medical terminologies of a brain MRI such as white matter dysmyelination or tubulin mutation.  With Brodie still not having a definitive diagnosis, she has worked at understanding medical terminologies, diagnoses and the testing and treatment for disorders since 2010.  With an understanding of the knowing the treatment, time and family pressures of having a disabled son like Brodie and also been referred to as a "Super Mum" she is using her super powers to establish this fund for Brodie and other children.  With a scientific educational background and working in research for over 10 years at state government departments Deanne has a thirst to understand these disorders.  In addition working as a personal trainer and being involved in sport her whole life she understands the need for treatments such as physiotherapy and equipment needed to improve independence, mobility and the quality of life for special children like Brodie.
